Could you please introduce yourself?

I am Vinayak, an Indian citizen, and after graduating from Amity University, Delhi, I started my career at EY global services working as an Analyst. I decided to go for a masters when working as an associate consultant at KPMG. I wanted to move abroad to get international exposure and experience a diversified network outside of India.

Why did you choose IE?

I chose IE because I wanted to get into one of the top 50 B-Schools for my masters. In my opinion, the curriculum was directed more toward the programs I wanted, such as entrepreneurship, which is my long-term career plan. I learned the basics of Spanish when I was in school, and it will be helpful to connect with other people there.

Pursuing an MBA program with a one-year duration was one of the reasons I chose IE Business School. Also, IE offers internships opportunities for experience while you simultaneously attend your program.

What would be your advice to the people who are targeting the same?

Trust yourself, and always choosing what is right for you is the key! Answering to the point, understanding the curriculum of the schools you are applying to, and how that program can contribute to your career are some of the more important things you should consider during the process.
